I went for the School Prefect's Dinner at Dowish Restaurant. It was held in there since the pricing is affordable. It is situated nearby the KDCA place and Servay Hypermarket Penampang.
Alright. The food. In overall, the food here tastes good. The menus are mostly of Chinese cooking. It has a Halal logo if that is what you are thinking of. In fact, the most number of teacher who attended the function are Muslims, including the school Principal.
Next, the place. Since it is located by the main road, I guess nobody would fuss about it. It has several dining rooms which can accommodate up to 200 guests. Ours was a moderate size which can hold to 100 guests. And, there are also rooms marked as VIP. Each rooms can fit in 1 table for 10 guests. And of course, you need to arrange the booking in advance.
Well, I guess the place is just nice. A friend is already planning to have a function here at Dowish Restaurant.
